You may also provide files, images, comments, notes, folder names, project data, or other content through the services.
4. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, review member applications, provide material search and sampling services, process sample requests, coordinate local delivery, manage projects and boards, communicate with you, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, improve the platform, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We may also use personal data to manage brand and supplier sourcing, operate marketing and member communications where permitted by law, administer events or promotions, maintain business records, handle invoices and accounting, review contracts, and respond to privacy or legal requests.
